=> Restore my account from last good save? Not sure what you have to do but I can’t access the HWS Connect on NA. “Sorry, but you have not played on this HWS server yet” is the message.

I have played daily for months. I did this hours ago and it worked fine.

NA server is not responding. My EB:info is correct in game.
