I have an issue with my HWS DNA. I had 115 HWS DNA on my HWS Connect profile. Today, I put 180 more HWS DNA into my OCD. However, my HWS Connect page is still showing 115 DNA. It did not update to 295.I tried egs:as, egs:info, and ocd:restore commands in-game. The ocd:restore command only opened my inventory, meaning the DNA is consumed by the system but not credited to my HWS Connect account. My bank credits (10M in bank, 2M on hand) are updating correctly, but the DNA is stuck.Could you please check my account logs and fix my DNA balance?My In-Game Name (IGN): [cngzmlk]My Steam ID: PlayerID15640]

Please don’t delete our support template. Just fill it out. The template makes it much easier for us to get a quick overview and find exactly the information we need.
You can’t put HWS DNA into your OCD in the first place 
If you tried, the window would have told you that it wasn’t allowed, and that you had to take them out.
If you want to consume the DNA, you just have to have it in your inventory together with your origin weapon. Then they’ll automatically disappear within a few seconds, and show up in HWS Connect.
But no worries, as an exception I will return your 183 DNA next time I notice you offline.
Thank you for your interest. I won’t use OCD again. Actually, I don’t know what DNA is for, and I don’t know the missions and game plans for RE2 and HWS either. Anyway, I’ll just play the standard game the way I understand it.

HWS has a learning curve, so it’s natural that things seem a little complex for you now. For the far majority of items, it’s safe to use the OCD. There are just a few special items (including HWS DNA) that can’t go in there
Right now, there’s probably not much reason for you to use the OCD, but when we approach the season end in a little more than two months, it’s a great tool to save your progress across full wipes.
HWS DNA specifically is a special currency used to upgrade some HWS features, such as the OCD, Elemental Bank, EGS Recycle, and more.
If you want, I would recommend asking questions in-game about these things, as the community is quite helpful and can probably answer most of your questions. But you’re of course free to play however you want. When and if you want to learn more, there are detailed pages in the HWS Guide that explain a bunch of these features, when you’re looking for something specific.
