=> Hello . Last night around 1:00 h 1:30 h or so I claimed the HWS Connect Daily Loot reward of the 50 K and it did not appear in my inventory please fix this problem as this is the second time it has happened to me that I am not getting the 50 k coins.

Hey, @JAG-52.

I see that you claimed your Daily Loot around the mentioned time yesterday (and the loot did indeed arrive in your toolbar), but not today.

But anyways, the Daily Loot cycle has 28 rewards and it lasts 30 days, so there are 2 buffer days you can miss, and still get all rewards. Only after that, you’ll begin to lose rewards at the end.

As you can see, I have not received the HWS Connect Daily Loot.

Right, as I said above, not today. Yesterday was the last time. Can’t you just scroll up and claim it?

You don’t have to be very clever to see that today I applied for the reward from 1:00 and it wasn’t given to me ay I sent you the screenshot of the time left to collect tomorrow’s reward

No idea what you mean by this. There are no logs about you trying to collect the Daily Loot.

But that last screenshot is what I needed. I can clearly see the 50k gold coins marked as collected, which doesn’t align with what the logs tell me. So a bug happened.
That’s good enough for me; I’ll put the coins in your inventory next time I notice you offline.
