What happened?
=> Purchase from HWS Connect Trader for “lost in space? Build a ride home” Did not go through, Purchased again to get items. 2nd purchase came through, and as I was sorting the items, Client crashed. This crash has been happening a lot in the last few days with this new install. The game randomly freezes, then crashes. non responsive.

Server? (EU or NA or RE)
=> RE

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 5:00pm(est) to 5:50pm(est)

On which Playfield?
=> Unknown. Was stuck warping from UCH research vessel to another one. I accidently teleported from a polaris porter, without having the rep to tp back.

How can we help you now?
=> Requesting refund of 2x purchase build a cv kit, and relocation of character to a planet, (starter I guess).

Correction: Dashboard shows only one purchase was charged.

I see the package from Lex went partially through. You probably had not enough volume in your inventory.
I refunded them for now.

open the console and type “destroyme” then choose Fresh Start.
