It looks like the money got refunded.. so not sure what we do from here.. still hopeing to buy that upgrade tho.

Hey, @jasonargile.

This sounds like an error on yours or PayPal’s side Since the money got refunded, they likely never reached us (I don’t have access to check, but I’m pretty confident).

Try asking him to purchase it again, or contact PayPal about it and ask what happened.

another note is that you can’t buy stuff for other players just like that.
The verification only works, if the buyer is equal as the player.
At least if you are logged in.
You can buy stuff for another player, if you are logged out from HWS Connect.
