I investigated deeper though.
Could it be that this base was previously a POI? Did you change it just to your base?
I restored it once again from the last possible backup.
It never had an Alien Core regarding our logs.
I placed a Core in it and set the faction to you
IF this was a POI before, please grab everything out from there asap, because this POI might restore to its original state today at 5PM.
(POI regeneration on the HQ planets were paused by accident)

I went back to my base there on freelancer hq and it is still in the same condition
I noticed that you removed the alien turrets
also it was never a poi before somehow it is a lost cause
so I have taken all my stuff out and have decided to recycle it
I went to the ecc recycle centre then it tells me I need to be in the same playfield
can you tell where that is freelancer playfield
