there are few thing you must do:

1. you need to get 4 clone points…there is a NPC console in ECC HQ building that allows you to start 4 Adventure quests, at the end of each quest line you get to find a NPC console, interacting with it gives you 1 clone point and 1M credits
2. you must get approval from CEO of TEAMs, that means you must get to VIP level in all 4 TEAMs divisions, get the token to access the teleporter there and talk to CEO…that all costs quite some time and a very high amount of resources, but you do get a bit over 64M credits
3. you need to find the 7 shards in outer 7 systems to get the 1k reputation points from each of them

you need to both talk to CEO and get the 4 clone points before you can claim the RP from shards
