So Homeworld says 15 Faction HVs but there is a 6 HV global limit for all playfields? Not sure if a typo or what.
I received similar messages on a donor planet Tollana P4X-377 about having more than 2 private bases. Maybe limits have not been adjusted yet?
As written in the Rules > Limits
You are a one man faction and the factor for the limits is lower than from a big faction.
The playfield limit of 15 is the max. value but it always “wins” the limit which triggers first.
