This one is better. Still, whom belongs the βVβ shaped structure in your smaller red circle?
No matter who it belongs: HOW is it possible to dock a structure so far away? It must be docked directly to the HV and not like a ghost floating around.
Maybe @BigRed can help or anyone can send me a video of it?
On the one hand it looks like a glitch, because the detached SV is clipping inside the mountain freely. Normally a collision should be in place and the HV would bounce like crazy.
BUT on the other hand at 0:49 this βghostβ βdockedβ SV is still a legit target for the turrets.
Intentionally used? Illegal of course!
But I need to know how this happened so Eleon can maybe fix this?
Very innovative thinking on a game mechanic. Not sure if there is a rule on this but it is a very smart way to build. I can see many things that could go wrong for the pilot. Perhaps we should be evolving our game play rather then immediately making rules against things that are interesting ways to use features. I do not see this as en exploit but rather a tactic that has as many drawbacks and advantages and requires a lot of effort to setup. I think the SV floating away from it is our wonderful DSL friend that seems to always haunt us. I feel this tacit should be tested many times before saying it is deemed βilegalβ
yes of couse gamemehanics if it used by all faction β¦
but when RED 3 season ago start use SV as shield on CV we will be near GREAT punish
how u think RED not used it now and not used it long time ago ?
I am not referring to any punishment here. I am saying this tactic seems to be something that requires a lot of effort and should be investigated. It can make for interesting game play if it is evolved properly.
