Hey, @maverick241.

In the top of your HWS Connect, does it say “EU” or “RE EU”?
And when you tried to collect daily loot, were you online ingame for at least 2 minutes before that?

After logging in it’s also very important that you move around a little for at least a minute, or the API does not update properly.

it is on EU Server. I can be online ingame for half an hour, moving around and I still don’t get the loot.

Looks like the EPM service was hanging. I restarted it and got my daily loot myself now.

tbf, the + servers are no where near playable currently and getting wiped tomorrow. it might be best just to wait until afterwards to see if everything’s working the way it should be rather than fixing something that’s about to vanish anyway..

Very weird, why it worked for me then.

Bob has a point about the context.
For me it is important that it works technically and right now, I’m not sure why it shouldn’t.

Currently stressed. Please let us investigate after the wipe again, why it is not working for you - if still the case.
I have to check the code then.
