Are you sure you are seeing the correct connect? There are four versions! Hws eu/na and hws re2 eu/na.
You can change this from the top corner, left side.
Also, try and reload your browser after a few minutes ingame.
I am only asking, since you didn’t write what server you are playing on 
on re2 NA and yes i have made sure and changed it multiple times
now its working again so idk what the issue was
