What happened?
=> The HWS Connect withdrew money from my bank for trader packages, I didn’t recieve the packages, but HWS connect withdrew the money and RP, and then in Game: I got you can only get 4 packages per day message. one was a team 3.0 package, and the other was a Starfire’s Respawn package. I was getting the second package for the start of the new season tomorrow, to have the parts I need for my starter CV. I would like either the money and rp returned or the items that I paid for.

Hey, which command exactly did you use?
Some supporter packages require 10x hours of gameplay.

For example HWS Supporter.
For every 10th hour you have on HWS (No matter if there were full wipes in between) you can get one package, so 40 hours on HWS means 4 packages (until max 10 packages).
It also says this under the Details button in the HWS Connect supporter page.
If it was a permanent package you bought then don’t worry, it’ll reset so you get another 4 (or more depending on if you play another 10 hours).

i believe he is referring to a purchase from the HWS Traders on connect. RP & credits from EB

Hey,

are you sure about the time and also about that money/RP was taken?

I can see that you tried to buy that Trader at 21:37 and got a message that you cant buy any more, but no RP nor money was taken.

Only thing I see is that you did a EB:Payin right before of 545k. But also that worked

Okay, well I guess it is a moot point now with the wipe in full swing. but yeah I am pretty sure it happened around that time. oh well, I restarted back to federation. I will just rebuild like I have always done.
