In this case the new SharedDataURL feature. It looks very likely that the feature itself works, but Google (Drive) has limits for downloads per day.
The .zip file is about 600mb big. If 200+ players are downloading it at the same time, they seem to have a problem with it 
That means I am currently searching for a better alternative. I will replace the link soon and restart the server a final time then.
In the meantime if you do not see icons or so, please do the manual method by placing the downloaded SharedData folder (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jO2fHJoJiLb-ZC2Ff01lvgwGOoSbJEg7/view?usp=sharing) in the respective Cache folder.

It’s overall something easy to fix. Just takes a bit of time. I hope the rest is more or less smooth.
