What happened:
=> Just came back to the game after a bit of a hiatus. Was checking out all of the new support options/making sure all of my previous stuff was intact. I noticed that the stealth level that should be provided by the HWS Support Package is not currently applying to me. My bank level, recycle level etc seem fine, just the stealth level seems to be incorrect.
