HWS TEAM Reward bundle not giving declared amount of certs

What happened?
=> The Epic Light Armor & 10 T2 Certificates reward bundle only gave me 1 T2 certificate instead of 10, 4 times in a row. I spent 4 T3 certs to get 40 T2, but only got 4 - so I lost 36 T2 certificates. Sadly I have no proof because AMD GPU drivers are horrible and the AMD video recording software randomly decided to not work (can’t even open the gpu settings interface right now).

How can we help you now?
=> Well, it would be great if I could get a refund on the 36 T2 Team certificates that disappeared from my inventory, or never appeared in the first place, but I sadly don’t have proof and I don’t know if you have any log for such a thing. If they can’t be refunded, then I this is just a general notification that there is an issue with the bundle.

I can’t do that, cause it “worked”. Just a bad split by the game I guess.

TEAM Reward Lvl 3 Certificate for Light armor and 10Lvl 2 Certificates

This is very strange, but the server did actually give me the certificates. Except they were stacked on top of each other (they didn’t show a number and looks as though there is only one, but when you try to move the certificate another one takes its place). I guess that I erased my previous certificates when I didn’t spread them out to other slots and spent them at TEAM. Maybe this could be looked into as well. But i’m happy with this knowledge.
