my sv on freelancer hg was turned to hws I had 1 pka sv and 2 public svs never saw a warning and the pka sv is now hws moved the public svs to space please help

the warnings were announced as always.
31.10.2017 14:18:06 SERVER Empyrion @ Faction PKA: You are only supposed to have 2 SVs on Freelancer Home. Please remove all other 1 SV, or they will be taken after 4 more Warnings!
As an one time service I set it back for now
I thought I was ok with the public svs was that the problem?
Yeah the SV was taken
so public svs are the same as private or faction to the server
Since some people tried to trick the system with them, yes
