I am stuck on loading screen

What happened?
=> I was trying to log in for two hours before the server restart at 11pm. After the restart it finally logged in so i started to make my way to the monolith on atlantis but 30 seconds later playfield connection was lost. Ever since the login starts. The planets load but the structures don’t want to start loading. So it is stuck on loading screen.

I did. I even reinstalled the whole game. Completely from zero.

We will check the issues now. We might have a clue.
Did you enter a restricted Playfield or use a stargate?
