What happened?
=> I can’t get into the game. The server is up and only 99/150 people on. Ye it puts me into the queue. I am also one of the highest patreons and supposed to get " * Prioritized Joining / Login Server Queue" yet I am 1/50 now. Is that because everyone on is Patreon? Still why the queue? Server isn’t at capacity yet?

=> 4/21/25, started around 7PM EST, potentially sooner, I was tinkering with creative mode a bit, so may have been after 6PM EST.
HWS RE2.1 NA is the server we play. She just logged off and now she is in queue. I have not been able to log on since I got home from work. So I just quite trying. I will try again tomorrow.

I restarted the server couple minutes ago, restart your game and you can login again
Looks like because of this server issue the Easter Event playfield didn’t reset, so we can’t get our rewards from the Patreon eggs today. I wouldn’t mind a courtesy compensation for the hours of downtime in a manner of 30 OMA fuels. That’s what I usually do the Easter Event daily for.
The event did not reset in the first place. Has nothing to do with the login issue.
If you ask for general downtime compensation that is not something we have automated yet. And doing it manually for 70+ players would currently cost me too much time and is from case to case different. You are the first one asking for such a thing.
Never had players yet that treat playing on my server like real life services where a down time is being judged and compensated for.
I’ll write it down for the future how to deal with it.
Many thanks for your response, RexXxus! Your consideration is much appreciated. HWS is great fun for me and I have only good vibes about it! The HWS strikes me as quite professionally done; I see nothing less than a great live service setting. This is the best Empyrion portal I’ve been on, am glad I discovered it, and I plan to use it for the long run. Keep up your excellent work on it. I am not the only one who has lately found EGS RE2, so you could get more players regardless of the situation.
I just recently shared the HWS on my streaming channel, and I’m hoping it will continue to grow as you imagined when you first launched it. I totally get that manual distribution is not really a choice, and that’s okay! For the time being, I’ll manage without the additional OAM fuels. I do enjoy my level 10 OAMs , and the event is a good chance to collect some fuel for them.
For some reason, it seems the eggs of the event are not being reset. I saw on my first day that the broken eggs would reset regularly while the normal eggs would recycle every hour or so. The HWS egg crates were, if I recall, reset every 24 hours? But maybe I’ve gotten a bit mixed up. I’ll have another look today!

I see where the confusion / question is coming from.
There were some issues at the beginning I could only fix by fully wiping the event planet. For example the missing Alien Core in the Yondu Bunny head.
That way all the eggs/loot got reset.
I can’t do it for just regenerating the eggs, cause that would reset also the Alien Core reward, which is a bit too good if everyone got 2,3,4… Alien Cores.
I will definitely think about an improvement. Some players told me that the first come, first serve style is not that rewarding for some.
In the future I’ll work with more Personal Containers and reworked explosive eggs.
The event ends in few hours but I think it was the best one so far, considering it was the sixth year we ran this event. The seventh, after our 10th year Anniversary next year is a good time to make it perfect then
, and the event is a good chance to collect some fuel for them.
