this sounds more specific to your machine even though you are able to join other servers.
1st thing to try is deleting the cache folder for the HWS servers. then try unsubscribing to every workshop blueprint. some older submissions have a tendency to break the game when lost in the update mayhem.
I don’t see playfield issues in your log.
Rather something with a player camera.
Try what Bob said, try to change your character model from female to male or vice versa.
I think the next patch fixes it too.
