=> It was my mistake and not known that the payment when through twice for the items If a refund the first lot of packages it would be great but id just end up spending the money on other things for in game so even if a refund of credits or ingots would be ok ? I signed off on the tou/refund policy but didnt read it all so whatever the out come is its ok with me if ya tell me ya can/cannot do it ill take ya word on it and it’ll be all good and thank you for having this amazing server for people to enjoy,
If you want, we can exchange the duplicate packages you bought for other packages of equal value. You just have to let us know what you’d like.
Or we can just convert them to HWS Ingots, so you can decide later.

there was only one payment that went throught for 19.58 eur and i had recived the stuff from that payment but the direct debit payment was the duplicated payment and it was cancled by paypal so could you remove the 235 hws ingots from my account please
