I have keep all blueprint resources on full wipe but all were deleted

=> I have keep all blueprint resources on my account but all of them were deleted in my blueprint screen when I go to factory after the full wipe

They get added to your ocd mate

if u had room, it should be stacked as ingots in ur OCD as Jim said

FYI: I backup my blueprint folder and place on safe on HHD and all I nee do copy the new folder from the backup.
