What server you play on is probably important and should be included. I had issues with my patreon initially due to not having played on EU. I think that has since been fixed but you should still include it to help the admins find you.

Hey,

should be active now.
If you just became a Patreon then it might be due to the fact that we have to do it manually. No automatic. So it might always take a few hours due to time zones.
