I lost my patreon core due to electricity cut off during pve fight

I was so careful to not lose my precious patreon core I got in christmas. I was keeping it for my fighting ship. Today when I was fighting a battlecruiser, the electricity was out. When I logged in after 30 minutes, my ship was in ruins and I had to remove the core so not to loose the cpus and all the other stuff. I never imagined this can happen …

What happened?

I was fighting with a zirax battlecruiser. My electricity was cut off and my pc shut down. I logged in 30 minutes later and my ship was almost in ruins from the battle. I removed the core so the battlecruiser will stop attacking me so I can save the rest of the cpus and ship.

I don’t remember the exact time. It was yesterday 8/03/25 , arround the noon. 12:00 am - 15:00 am

Can you give the patreon core back. I lost it not because of the game but because of my electricity was cut out.

Hey, @alex.03583.

Normally we can’t help with damaged structures, without a video of the accident, since our logs of damaged structures are very limited.

But as that would have been difficult if your electricity died, and since it’s only the Patreon core you care about, I’ll make an exception.
Next time I notice you offline, I’ll put the core into your inventory (most likely not until tomorrow).

I run into another issue.
My hws armor turned into a advance light armor.
This just happened. Server time 10/03/2025 11:27.

I had opened the locker on my base ( id 1001829 ) and was about to change the hws armor with an advance light armor. Server discenect happened and it logged me out (without me hiting the quit button) and I checked I had internet connection in my house. When I logged in I had 2 advance light armor (identical, with same boosters) but no hws armor. One advance light armor I was wearing and the other was in the locker.

Could you give me back the hws armor?
