Unfortunately, recycling is impossible to undo 
The best I can offer you, is to temporarily restore your CV, so you can at least take the loot from it. But you wouldn’t be allowed to keep or modify any blocks at all. Only items in containers.
The reason is that you don’t have EGS Recycle level 5+, so you don’t get devices back.
