If you are at hq, you can easly have killed your way to xp on cryo?
Anyway, a fast way to fix this is to do the missions for them.

The API can’t do that yet. We can’t even see other players Reputation or check what bug happened.

As dQ said: press F1 and do the Polaris mission few times.
