What happened?
=> My Backpack disappeared instantly after I died and there was no possibility to get it back. No reference on the HUD or anything

=> Well, I have only played a couple of days and everything I have is quite valuable to me so if it is possible to get the stuff I had in my backpack back, that would be great.
sorry to hear that. But we usually we do not return backpacks. If, its an exception and we need to at least see something in the logs fitting to it. And this should be really a big loss.
Sadly I cannot see anything. You died 83 times the last days. I checked the last day of death and cannot see you loosing anything (or a lot).
There was a death at 22:23 but your backpack was nearly empty, compared to what you had afterwards. So that is not really a loss we can return.
Please always post a screenshot of the backpack (HWS Connect) or state the correct server time incase that is not the case.
It’s no biggie and yes I did die a lot that day bcz I was doing PoIs and its really easy to die. Actually it feels a bit to easy (meaning difficult) bcz even if I have Medium or Heavy armor it’s just a matter of one to a few hits from an NPC and I’m dead. I don’t complain but it is really tough doing PoI’s
Don’t bother about my backpack. It did disappear (I died on top of my Hoover when a Talon guard killed me and the backpack just disappeared) but I had some success in other PoI’s and got a lot of new stuff so I’m back in the game again. Thanks for taking ur time and looking in to my case!
