I need help please, bugged Decay-Andromeda Warp sector

When i get warped into Decay-Andromeda Warp sector, game has bug. I can not move, can not see anything, screen is freeze. Relog also dont help.

I am only need come back into Andromeda-Dekay where I left my ship (Digger, 3265471). I have HWSArmor, Augmented armor and a augmented booster left in the ship, which I have to put into the OCD.
