What happened:
=> I did not get my daily reward. now in all fairness i am new so i might have failed at something. i tried the cb:startjobs command but that did not help.
i did get the reward for the vote that i did around the same time.

It could happen that you overwrote your Daily reward with other actions in HWS Connect (Vote).
As long as we are using the old system in HWS Connect, it’s not that stable about queues yet.
Will get massively improved with HWS Connect v5.
Anyways I gave you the Daily Loot for now.
The Skill Point is a bit more difficult I’ll do asap.

yes i am on the EU server.
it seems that it still did not work. Might the problem be that i was using the EAClauncher instead of steam. well anyway i am now running with steam and also opened the hws connect with steam.
day 2 Success: now and i tested by launching Empyrion with steam instead of the AEClauncher and using shift tab instead of a separate browser on my 2nd screen: this worked fine.
day 3 Success: Again i launches Empyrion with steam not the AEClauncher and used separate browser to collect the rewards. this worked fine
Conclusion: Empyrion needs to be launched from steam, able to use the shift tab function in order to receive any HWS reward. the AECLauncher disallows the use of the steam interface and there for will not grant you any HWS rewards. if rewards are collected while your game is launched with AEClauncher the rewards are lost in digital oblivion.
TLDR: Do not use AECLauncher you will not get any rewards!
For now I need to focus on the Universe itself. New planets, new POIs, new gameplay elements like Commodity Trading 2.0.
Shortly after the season start I continue to work on HWS Connect v5.
I made already mockups in my head etc. and the rework… is quite huge, crazy huge if I’m done.
Worth couple of thousand Euros outside to be honest
That means it will take probably 2-3 month to code, perfect ready for HWS 10 latest I think.
