I need help please - Entered Bugged Playfield, lost everything

I like you, Bob, and your name comes up a lot in a positive manner when we play here. If I have misunderstood, I apologize. As you have astutely pointed out, I lost way too much stuff when I know better. That is very frustrating.

Additionally, in real life and in games, admins mentioning rules or policies as an excuse not to use common sense is my biggest trigger. If I were in an admin position here, I would realize that this guy is telling the truth, there is enough evidence here to reasonably believe his version of events, and he has been pretty loyal over a long period of time. Also, replacing his imaginary stuff costs me nothing, and ensures he is happy and continues to pay his real money subscription every month, which should make everyone happy. There is absolutely no justifiable reason to use “policy” as a reason not to give me back my ship and its entire contents in this particular situation given the verifiable bugged playfield. That would be common sense and good business. A review of my tickets should show that I don’t abuse the support forum, etc.

So, as someone who is a leader in real life and an astute business man, it frustrates me to no end when someone insists on following policy (or just bending it slightly) when common sense would suggest another course of action. That said, I am not in a position here to ask for any more than what I was given, and I will continue to play here. I made a stupid choice to carry my stuff, and even with Dr. Dark’s generous reimbursement I still lost an alien core, my logistics terminal, 20+ quantum processors, and much more stuff that I don’t care to add up the value of. I am paying quite the consequences for my careless playstyle, which I will be adjusting in the future.

So, I’m good, you’re good, hopefully everyone is good. Yes, I’m a dummy, even though I’ve been playing this game for close to 10,000 hours and most of those on HWS. I’m sure a lot of people have a lot more hours than that, but then I have a few jobs to support my gaming habit.
