How can we help you now: I am unable to get an fa:suppply it says it is too soon but fa:info shows my last resupply was on September 11th and I have more than enough reputation.

Hey,

it is the european time format:

Day / Month / Year

And fa:info showed you:

14.11.2017 22:02:55 SERVER Empyrion Last Bonus: 09.11.2017 07:08

So seven days not up yet.
