What happened: when I log into connect on web it says I have not played on HWS. I can access ocd ingame but no idea whats where as i cant get onto connect on the web to view it as it no longer recognises me.

How can we help you now: see why HWS connect is not recognising me when I log in via steam. My details have not changed and I have ocd and bank but HWS connect says ive never played before.

Check to make sure your looking at the European HWS vs the North American.

Also, clear your browser cache.

I have selected EU, an update is that if I lauch chrome it suddenly works yet if i go back to firefox its then telling me ive not played. Really odd.
