I need help please - HWS Patron Purchase not working

What happened:
=> Purchase Patron “HWS Supporter” package.
None of my HWS ingots are taken as payment according to the HWS Connect web site.
Also I have been online at the time and looked at “EB:INFO” and none of the HWS Ingots are taken as payment. Refreshing the page ALL ingots I had before are still available.
I tried the purchase process again and again nothing changes after woulds.

=> NA

Time (cb:time):
=> 9:10pm Australian Eastern Standard Time or +10 GMT

Playfield:
=> HWS Connect Portal

=> None

=> None

How can we help you now:
=> I would like to get my package before time runs out on the sale.
Also would be nice to get my goodie bags before the Wipe happens.

I have gone through the Patron purchase again and it seems to have worked.

I will need to test it out in-game but it’s too late now. Almost mid night here in Australia.
