How can we help you now?
=>

If you could include a screenshot of the server list screen it might help us help you.

You could have a checkbox enabled that is preventing you from seeing them.

Or wrong version.
Or too high ping, etc.

Edit
Also what was the exact time when you tried?
Maybe you were just unlucky and tried right at server restart time.

I’ll attach a screenshot in the evening when I get home. The checkbox are all removed. The delay is set to Unlimited. There were no HWS servers in the server list last night and this morning. What should the HWS server name look like?

Screenshot attached to show names.
All you should have to type is “HWS” without the quotes, as I also show in the screenshot.

Are you in the correct game version I show in the top left of the screenshot as well?

That’s exactly what I did. No HWS server is listed. The latest version of the game on Steam. I don’t understand what the problem is…

you can try to connect with direct IP, you put it in the field above the ping limit
addresses are:

HWS RE EU

162.55.132.235:37915

HWS RE NA

54.39.243.28:37773

and to be clear, you put only the numbers in that field

write hws and not HWS, please do not ask why, but it worked for me once.

But in general, this can be a latency/bad connection type of problem. I often experience this when i am at work, using my phone as internet.

Hpe it works out.

The search box is not case sensitive at all.
Devs confirmed this in the past, and I used all caps no issue.
Can’t hurt to try though, but should in no way make any difference.

If using the direct IP and port doesn’t work then I suspect you have either an internet provider issue (maybe they are using IPv6), a local PC issue, or a general Steam issue.
