you mean your donation today? If so it was for Sanctuary. Did you maybe select the wrong server?
Just let us know and we transfer it to NA.

Hey Hammer,

I think also you mean Sanctuary?
As I said in Discord: each server is working independently regarding donations.
That means as for the main server: every 10 hour your get one donation package.
Since you didn’t play long on SAN it needs bit of time until you can get the full potential of this.

the ones for NA

I see - and all of them got activated and on NA you used them as far as I can see happily.

On San again: the more you play there the more you can donate (you donated three time for SAN: the pictures you provided were all from Sanctuary)

Let us know if it was a mistake and we activate it for NA
