======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
What happened: I tried to take out 22915 Combat Steel Blocks from my OCD and they have not been delivered. I was able to take out/put in other items. I was not moving when I entered the command. The blocks have disappeared from my OCD.
Player(s) with issue: Phoenix
Server: NA
Time (cb:time): 05 March 2018 04:20
Playfield: Stella Morti
Structure Name(s): N/A
Structure ID(s): N/A
How can we help you now: To please restore the Combat Steel Blocks I tried to take out of my OCD. Thank you!
You make it hard to keep track of your actions by sorting your OCD all the time. Will take quite a lot of time to reproduce your steps.
Will let you know when I found something.
You probably overwrote your own action by another one:
Line 2161: 05.03.2018 04:22:14.471 I Import Connect Read-File: Player Phoenix do ChatBotCommand 'ocd:get:1*22115'
Line 2163: 05.03.2018 04:22:59.787 I Import Connect Read-File: Player Phoenix do ChatBotCommand 'ocd:get:1*1000'
Trying to get 22115 and some seconds later 1000 out of the OCD.
ADDITIONALLY you tried to get it also ingame
05.03.2018 04:22:35 TAW Phoenix ocd:get:1
I restored them for now, with good intention that it isn’t some leak elsewhere. Will also talk with Jascha about improving the User handling
OK great, thank you! If I extract large quantities of an item from a single slot, does the delivery time of that item increase as well?
No, shouldn’t be noticable
Okay thanks! If an issue like this occurs again, would using the command cb:startjobs be useful as a first step?
Yes. The steps are in general:
Are you logged in?
Yes > Click on the button === You get it instant and the exchange window coming 2-3 times in your face
No > Click on the button === The “job” is queued as offline job. If you now login and don’t move you are not counted for the system to deliver anything within the next 2 minutes (CSW, Skill Tree, Daily Loot, etc.). If you move or type cb:startjobs then it takes up to 10 seconds until the queue is triggered.
So it is not sequentiell at all but parallel. Clicking hundreds button in HWS Connect isn’t the best idea.
Sounds more complicated than it is, especially if someone is patient.
This system is at least the most stable one, even though it could be more convenient in the future.
