I need help please - Lost support store discount for Patronee after changing Steam name

What happened?
=> my 5% patron privilege in Support Store disappered, after I’ve changed my Steam name (Remove the Chinese character). Tried to login/logout, tried relink Patron but still no help. Please help. Further, I want to know what IF i upgrade my Patron, how to refresh privilege in future? Thanks.

Can you show me a screenshot of at least one support package?
Do you have the ribbon at the top left edge?

Oh, I found it’s there again :slight_smile: I just logout and re-login again (the 2nd time) … I guess it’s due to server sync or just browser cache. :slight_smile:
