23:31 is right after I made this, I can see the log from the recycle in my dashboard.

You must have EGS Recycle level 5+ to get devices back 
You only have level 3. Therefore, you didn’t get the Patreon core.
But since the Patreon core is pretty expensive, I made an exception and put it in your inventory now.

No worries.
I don’t think HWS Connect has a place that shows you EGS Recycle level, but ingame egs:info should do the job.
