I tried the mission again and the same thing happened. The weird part is on the website it showed all my loot was in my inventory, but when I am in the game its completely empty.

this is actually not a bug but intentional.
If the Instance closes / time is running out, all items are wiped from players inventory.
It’s because Loot and Survive has many rare items in houes you can farm more or less for free.
And technically you can then just logout and login again and have those free items. Without completing the goal of this mission.
Normally a waypoint should popup, telling you where to go. Have to check why it didn’t come up in the video.
I restored the backpack as exception for now. (well, he had only a Motorbike before he entered the mission anyways)
Thank you for responding. We do understand the objective of the mission. I may have this wrong, but it is my understanding that we have to loot at least something to progress the mission to get to the tower. Once we get to the tower we are awarded some credits, some armor and a couple other items. After that we survive until the time limit is hit. Every time we do this mission, we have safely reached the tower and then waited for the instance to close.
Ahhhh, ok I will try that then. The mission objective just states to reach the tower. Then after that there are no other objectives. I’m currently in the isntance and I will try to reach the top of the tower. Thank you.
