I need help please - money lost on transfer from EU to NA

What happened?
=> At NA server I upgraded EB to level 6, then from EU server i tried transfer 19M to NA so that i would have 27M on NA to get full EB6 interrest there. However on transfer some error was shown, now i see money are missing from EU but also never reached NA

hm not sure where to look at.

You said AFTER you upgraded to EB6 you did CSW from EU to NA with 19mil in your player credits?

I see you bought EB6:
06.09.2020 11:52:44 Bank_upgrade paid 15000000 credits and 150 RP for upgrading bank to 6
then you did CSW to EU:
06.09.2020 11:59:24 CSW_Start 0 0 EU # false
You had 4mil on you, which you got on EU. then you went to ECC but never again to CSW. So where did you CSW to NA with an error AFTER you bought EB6?

Where did you try to transfer the money? Sounds strange for CSW.
What error was shown?

I was on NA, there i upgraded to EB6, about 8M was remaning EB account money
then i csw back to my primary server - EU
I had about 50M in EU EB bank account + possibly 4M in personal credits
I used webpage (steam overlay / HWS connect) - EB bank to transfer 19M from EU EB to NA EB, my intention was to have 27M in NA EB so i would gain full interrest 1,35M/day
But webpage shown some error i cant remmeber exactly, something like tranfer fail + something about refund

Result was that my NA EB was still 8M, but my EU EB was already minus those 19M
Later i payed-in some of my personal credits to EU EB.

But still those 19M were missing, so where are they now ??

ahhhh. OK then I understand. You said you CSW it over, so I thought you did CSW with your player. The website is something different.

So I checked and I see what you mean. I see the issue. It was while I updated the tool on NA.
I refunded the 19 mil on NA.
