I need help please my bank/recycle lvls are back to 1

What happened:
=> I was away from game/EU and NA server but I was a patreon and had
bank lvl 6, recycle 5. I returen to game/servers EU and NA and only have
LVL 1 in all categories what happened and what do I need to do to get
back my lvl’s as I paid a lot of money/gold for them.

Bank- and Recyclelevel usually reset at the Start of a new season.
There are certain Packages that makes it possible to carry them over, but i guess you dont have the ones needed for it.
OCD and Orbital Autominer are the only ones that stay permanent.
