Edit: if they were old panels, we stopped supporting Solar Panel CVs altogether (reject such support tickets), but since they are the new ones, I restored it now

Just to add on to what Rex wrote here.
Remove the solar panels, they are the reason for this.

Is this a server problem? Or a scenario problem?

It’s a combination of game bug and scenario bug.
Normally, you can’t add solar panels onto CV’s (vanilla), but RE had allowed this anyways. This causes game bug.

Just to be a 110% sure I am using the new solar panels that came out recently and not the old ones that uses the capacitor. Is your official position that the new solar panels are buggy as well and hence any ticket made for new solar panel ships wont be refunded?
