Hi, are you sure you bought it on HWS RE EU?
I can see you used to play on HWS EU, which is another server. Maybe you bought it there?

HI no i definitely packed up before i left into the OCD, thinking i couldnt store in local containers, turns out i could still store, but everything is in OCD now, I am very sure its HWS RE EU,

The Keep Structure Support package removes the structure and brings it back with a new ID.
Your OCD Zone is mapped to one specific ID though:

@Jascha we have to think about that special usecase.
Never had before. Sorry for the inconveniences.

I gave you the OCD Zone back again, so you can apply it to your base again.

and said saved
