I need help please-Personal Teleportation Device not working

What happened?
=> I stealthed my CV in the Homeworld sector and left in SV to go to the planet.
(looking for star apartment for PDA quest) I left the planet and went into orbit.
Tried to outrun someone and he got me (ok, that could happen no problem)
The CV was set as my home spawn and my menu reads 'Home base not found"
So I respawn at Trader Racom and check Structure Commander. My CV shows deleted.
I did not delete it.

How can we help you now?
=> Since HWS Guide reads
“Stealthed ships are … protected from playfield wipes such as the Black Hole”.
I did not send command to delete it and since it still is in SC it was not wiped (right?).

I would like the ship restored, if possible to Federation HQ Sector near this base

So, I am in HW sector with an empty backpack and ABN members are spawn camping me in
the Racom - I can’t spawn any baked ships because no fuel and ABN getting their jollies on.

I attempted to use Personal Teleportation Device and the function does nothing when I click on it. I have enough credits and RP. Can I be teleported to ECC EGS HQ and the 1mil credits and RP points deducted? I can get back to my home base from there.

Hey.

When you stealth ships, they’re technically deleted and a clone is made once you take it out.
That’s why Struct. Commander says deleted.

Just go into Stealth menu in HWS Connect. Then you’ll be able to see your ship

This is also why you cannot Spawn back to it after a death, because it no longer exists on the server until it is unstealthed.

Thanks for clarifying Dr.Dark and open6L - So I was able to jetpack close enough to the de-stealthed CV to respawn and escape - so don’t need help with deleted CV.
(Note to self - don’t set stealth ship as home base - it gets a new ID - perhaps a note in the Guide would be helpful?)

That still leaves the mystery as to why the Personal Teleporter did not do anything. I tried to use it twice near that time and it got as far as “are you sure you want to teleport it will delete your backpack”, I clicked yes and nothing happened. Any way to check why that did not work for me?

check ur dashboard to see if it charged u. u need to have enough credits in EB.

No, I was not charged for teleport. I have plenty of credits and RP. It seemed as if HWS connect was sending the command to the game server to teleport me but the game server did not acknowledge - I did not get teleported and so my account was not charged credits/RP.

ok good. glad u were not charged for a feature u didn’t receive. just need the admins to look into why the command is not doing what it should be.
