I need help please (RE EU, stuck in loading screen)

What happened?
=> I can’t connect to the server. I am stuck in the loading screen, when it says: “waiting for server approval”
I am able to connect when starting a new game but disconnect within minutes due to: “connection to dedicated server lost” I can connect and play on other servers.
Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Mighty Toaster

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> all the time since three days

On which Playfield?
=> first Roggery, then Medium Snow Starter Planet (forgot its name)

Structure Name(s)?
=> none

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> none

How can we help you now?
=> I really don’t know, maybe provide more insight through sharing the logs regarding my login attempts…

It looks like an EAC issue.
Based on your discord message and what you tried already I can suggest:
Reinstall EAC here:

Hi, and sorry for the late reply, but I couldn’t test it earlier. Unfortunately, it didn’t help.
I don’t know what else I can try, I posted my logfile for my attempt this morning here. Would you mind having a look at the server-side-logs for this attempt? Thanks und einen schönen Sonntag wünsch ich dir!

Guten Morgen,
die server logs für diesen Versuchen sehen clean aus.
Nicht mal EAC Fehler Meldungen.

Ich hab dich mal auf den Planeten Haven teleportiert, falls es an einem korrupten Chunk lag.

Wenn das auch nicht funktioniert weiß ich leider auch nicht weiter.
Ab und zu hatten wir schon mal Spieler mit so einem schwer wiegenden Problem. Nur einmal hat sich jemand mal so richtig reingekniet, wie du jetzt und am Ende kam raus, das irgend eine setting in seiner Fritzbox / Router daran Schuld war.
Genau weiß ich es aber auch nicht mehr.
