You need to go to the HWS Connect, Support Us page.
Then click Show Patrons, and then press the big yellow button :slight_smile:

hmm… versuch mal cache löschen und sei dir 100% sicher deine richtige mail addresse zu benutzen. Ich sehe du hast mehrere…

ja habe google anmeldung gemacht leider die falsche hab versucht sie zu ändern ging aber nicht :-/ jedesmal wenn ich meine email ändern möchte schickt er mir ein “passwort änderungs dings” … o_ô
