I need help please, water extraction bugged

What happened?
=> I had a base for water extraction filled with generators but i logged on and they were all gone but thats not the problem. My water purity is 0 everywhere suddenly and not only in the base but outside of it too and it used to be 80. I can only get it too work on 1 spot.
its on federation hq.

also my factions have been reset but u probably already know that.

Patch 1.4 must have changed / bugged something about it.
I try to investigate but have no clue yet.

@RexXxuS this bug started when the o2 and hydrogen generators were created. guessing due to the size of them. they pull out small chunks of terrain when placed. this for some reason shows as air pockets underwater. we need to make sure placement has one empty space between each generator to avoid this. can be tested by setting up a line of them and removing. u will see a rather large air pocket from terrain removal.

The problem is still there, i have no way to obtain water now or i have to buy it from the market.
Cant find much about it and how to fix it. maybe a restart but i don’t wanna lose my stuff.

I just tested it…
you have to place Energy in the Generators! Then you get Source Quality 80%+
