What happened?

we cant get to the boss room. Quest says Return to ECC. But there is another part of the quest - Asylum Boss - haha haha.. and nothing else. Token Leader clicked on statue and nothing happens. We tried to get everyone on status, to fit inside the 6 lights, but nothing worked.
