What happened: on the server I lost 2 items just gone a Sv and a base defense they wasnt destroyed b/c the Sv was inside of my base and i have never been attacked and the base defense just disapeared as well. I checked the reg and its not there as well, is there any way you can replace these or replace the ingots that it cost to build them? Have you checked for the vessel in your Structure Commander in HWS Connect? You can pull the IDs from there even after the ships/base has been deleted or destroyed. Also check the last touched column, if you do not physically touch your structures at least once in nine days they get automatically deleted.

On official servers the wipe time is 14 days.

Both over the time. On HWS that would be now very expensive for you to recover, on officials not. But still rather seen as an exception to do since it consumes a lot of my time and should not be done too often. (there are ways around that).
However I could only restore the Razor because it was deleted yesterday.
The Tone Defense on 5th februar and we keep only 3 days of backup time (few hours too late here)
Itās not every day. As pointed out above, the wipe time is 14 days on that server.
This means you didnāt touch them for 2 weeks before they wipe. You only need to touch at least once in that amount of time to reset the timer.
Itās an Eleon mechanic and it does mean physically touch them with your character (or any character). Logging in isnāt enough.
Unfortunately, due to the massive file sizes, backups can only be kept for so long.
