Hey, @Luca. Welcome to HWS.

Your best option would be to ask for a ride in-game if someone is nearby :slight_smile: That’s typically much faster than creating a ticket and having to wait for us.
Our community is typically very helpful with this kind of stuff.

I’d recommend trying that, and if no one responds, please let us know here again and we can check.
