I assume you mean RE NA?

Please find this info for me. Otherwise we can’t help :slight_smile: You can find the name and ID in Structure Commander in HWS Connect.

If I haven’t registered HWS Connect, does that mean the structure in the registry hasn’t been created?

You don’t have to register. HWS Connect just uses your Steam ID.

If you don’t see your stuff in Structure Commander, make sure to toggle the green eye up top, so you can see deleted structures.

Your structures were deleted because they existed for longer than 14 days in the starter system. The moment you spawn a structure, a 14 day timer will start for it, and then it’ll be deleted. So you must leave before then.

As an exception I’ll restore your three structures, but your other two ships are next in line, so you should leave ASAP.

No problem.

And yes. The 14-day timer counts on all the planets within the solar system, as well as the orbits. When you leave the solar system, there is instead a 30-day touch timer, so you just need to touch your structures once per month to avoid losing them.
